The Foundations in Public Service Leadership Program will enable you to develop the skills to effectively influence others, lead teams and drive change within your agency.

Earning Criteria
Required
Successful graduates of this course will complete 39 Continuous Learning hours during the cycle of the Foundations in Public Service Leadership (FPSL) program. The 6-month program is designed for mid-career federal professionals. Its purpose is to develop skills needed to effectively influence others, lead teams and drive change within your agency.
Participants meet for nine (9) sessions, once every three weeks, in an intense program that uses many learning methods including readings, lectures, guest speakers, simulations, case studies and team meetings. Throughout the program, participants also learn from one another through peer discussion and individual coaching sessions.
